Fees for mediation services are based on an hourly rate of Three Hundred Dollars ($300.00) per hour for scheduling, preparation time, time spent in mediation session and travel time. Any miscellaneous expenses are itemized. Fees are split equally between the parties unless the parties agree otherwise. Credit is extended to the attorneys involved in the mediation and not their clients. Counsel will be invoiced for mediation services following the mediation.
Mediation sessions will normally take place at the offices of one of the attorneys. Conference rooms can be arranged if required.
